2. The Merseyside Residuary Body (Winding Up) Order 1989(1) is amended as follows:—
(a)in article 3(5), for the words “the special fund” there shall be substituted the words “the sums referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2)”;
(b)in article 7(2), for the words “article 3(1)” there shall be substituted the words “article 3(2)”.
