The Corn Returns (Scotland) (Variation) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4, 5 and 14 of the Corn Returns Act 1882(1) and now vested in him(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1882 c. 37 was extended to Scotland and modified by section 14 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 (c. 39); sections 4 and 14 were amended by section 18(1) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1943 (c. 16) and by section 108(3) of the Agriculture Act 1970 (c. 40); section 5 was substituted by section 108(3)(b) of the Agriculture Act 1970.
