The Inner London Juvenile Courts (Selection of Chairmen) Order 1990

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred on him by paragraph 15 of Schedule 2 to the Children and Young Persons Act 1933(1), hereby makes the following Order.
(1)
1933 c. 12; Schedule 2 was substituted by the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (c. 37), section 17(1) and Schedule 2; and paragraph 15 of Schedule 2 as so substituted was amended by the Administration of Justice Act 1964 (c. 42), section 12.
