1. This Order may be cited as the Fees in the Department of the Registers of Scotland (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 4th July 1990.
2. For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Fees in the Department of the Registers of Scotland Order 1981(1) there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
