These Regulations amendthe Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 1989 by increasing from £110 to £146 the fee payable on an application for:the retention of the applicant’s name in the register of approved driving instructors,the entry of the applicant’s name to the register following the passing of the prescribed examination, andthe entry of the applicant’s name to the register without passing the examination by virtue of sections 125(7) or 126(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
