The Manston Airport Licensing (Liquor) Order 1990

Coming into force

10th May 1990

Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State for Transport that Manston Airport is an airport at which there is a substantial amount of international passenger traffic:

And whereas the Secretary of State is satisfied that arrangements have been made for affording reasonable facilities on licensed premises within the examination station approved for that airport under section 22 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979(1) for obtaining hot and cold beverages other than intoxicating liquor at all times when intoxicating liquor is available on those premises:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 87 of the Licensing Act 1964(2), and now vested in him(3), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
