1. These Regulations may be cited as the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st June 1990.
2. For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3. Regulation 5 of and the Schedule to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1989(2) are hereby revoked.
