2. Regulation 4 of the Coal and Other Mines (Fire and Rescue) Regulations 1956(1) (which relates to the provision of dust or sand in relation to electric motors) shall be modified by substituting the words “which is not electrical apparatus that is designed to be moved while working” for the words “which is not portable apparatus for the purposes of the Coal and Other Mines (Electricity) Regulations 1956”.
