1. This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment Order 1989 and shall come into force on 9th January 1989.
2. The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987(1) is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4)(b) the following sub-paragraph:–
“(b)any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area–
(i)with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 31st July 1988; or
(ii)with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 2nd October 1988; or
(iii)with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 10th January 1988.”.
3. The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendent No. 3 Order 1988(2) is hereby revoked.
