THE SCHEDULEKIRKLEES METROPOLITAN COUNCIL (M606 MOTORWAY (BRADFORD RING ROAD TO M62 CHAIN BAR INTERCHANGE SECTION) AND CONNECTING ROADS) (PART) (REVOCATION) SCHEME 1988

KIRKLEES METROPOLITAN COUNCIL in pursuance of their powers under sections 16 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers, and as highway authority for the metropolitan district of Kirklees and as special road authority for that part of the special road, known as the M606 Motorway (Bradford Ring Road to M62 Chain Bar Interchange Section) and Connecting Roads, which lies within their area, hereby make the following Scheme:—

1. The West Riding (Cleckheaton–Oakenshaw) Motorways Scheme 1968 is hereby revoked in respect of that part of the special road, known as the M606 Motorway (Bradford Ring Road to M62 Chain Bar Interchange Section) and Connecting Roads, which lies within their area.

2. This Scheme may be cited as the Kirklees Metropolitan Council (M606 Motorway (Bradford Ring Road to M62 Chain Bar Interchange Section) and Connecting Roads) (Part) (Revocation) Scheme 1988.
