(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9(a);	(a) £11.20

(3) Higher Pensioner Premium –	3.
(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 10(1)(a) or (b);	(a) £13.70

(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(a);	(a) £13.70
