4. Each of the forms set out in Schedule 1 to this Order is hereby prescribed as the version partly in Welsh and partly in English which shall be used at a European Parliamentary election in Wales, in place of:
(a)in the case of form 1, the notice required by rule 29(5) of the parliamentary elections rules in Schedule 1 to the 1983 Act (voting compartment notice)(1), as applied by regulation 5 of, and Schedule 1 to, the 1986 Regulations;
(b)in the case of forms 2 and 3, forms E and F (official poll card for an elector and for a proxy), respectively, in Schedule 2 to the Representation of the People Regulations 1986(2), as applied by regulation 5 of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1986 Regulations; and
(c)in the case of forms 4, 5 and 6, forms H, J and K (declarations of identity), respectively, in Schedule 2 to the Representation of the People Regulations 1986, as applied by regulation 5 of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1986 Regulations.
Rule 29(5) was amended by paragraph 79 of Schedule 4 to the Representation of the People Act 1985 (c. 50).
