The Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Amendment) Order 1989 No. 426

Title, commencement and interpretation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Amendment) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) Order 1986(1).
