2. In this Order –
“the Act” means the Education Reform Act 1988;
“the Corporation” means Bulmershe College of Higher Education Higher Education Corporation;
“the 1988 Order” means the Education (Higher Education Corporations) Order 1988(1);
“the 1989 Order” means the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Designated Staff) Order 1989(2); and
“the University” means the University of Reading.
