3. Paragraph 69 of Schedule 2 to the Act, and the repeals made by Schedule 4 to the Act in section 20 of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978(1), shall not have effect in relation to the revival of orders made under Part I of that Act before 1st April 1989.
