1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges and Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.
(2) The Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges and Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1988(1) are hereby revoked.
