Limit value for nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere
6. The Secretary of State shall take any necessary measures to ensure that the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere measured in accordance with regulation 7 does not exceed the limit value as defined in the table in Annex I to Council Directive No. 85/203/EEC on air quality standards for nitrogen dioxide(1) (“the nitrogen dioxide Directive”).
