The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 24 and 287(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971(1)and section 148(2) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1971 c. 78; relevant amendments are made by paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63)
