The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 68(1) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980((1)) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1980 c. 62; section 68 was amended by section 10 of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 (c. 57)
