SCHEDULE

The provisions of the Merchant Shipping Acts 1894 to 1988 which apply to Ministry of Defence ships–

1.  The Merchant Shipping Act 1894(1): Sections 4 to 6, 7(1) (2) and (4), 13 to 15, 17, 18, 20 to 22, 24 to 26, 47, 51, 53, 59(1), 60, 61(2), 63 to 65 and 67.

2.  The Merchant Shipping (International Labour Conventions) Act 1925(2): The whole Act.

3.  The Merchant Shipping Act 1970(3): Sections 1 to 5, 7 to 18, 27, 30, 32, 33, 39 to 41, 42(1), 43, 44, 46 to 48, 51 to 54, 56 to 64, 67 to 72, 75, 77 to 79, 87 and 97.

4.  The Merchant Shipping Act 1979(4): Sections 17, 18, 27, 28 and 35(2).

5.  The Merchant Shipping Act 1988(5): Sections 33, 44 and 45.
