Repeals and revocations

7.—(1) Sections 52(5) and 83(5) of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963(1) are hereby repealed.

(2) The following Regulations are hereby revoked—

(a)The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1977(2);

(b)The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) (Amendment) Regulations 1980(3);

(c)The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) (Amendment) Regulations 1985(4).
