Article 6
1. The interests of the Residuary Body in the vaults or cellars beneath the highway within the broken black line on Plans numbered STO.71/3a and STO.71/7 entitled respectively “Plan A” and “Plan B” “referred to in the London Government Reorganisation (Property etc) (No. 2) Order 1989”.
2. The interests of the Residuary Body in the land beneath the highway within the broken black line on Plan number STO.71/3b entitled “Plan C referred to in the London Government Reorganisation (Property etc) (No. 2) Order 1989”.
3. The interests of the Residuary Body in the subsoil beneath land the title to which is registered at Her Majesty’s Land Registry with the Residuary Body or one of its predecessors in title shown as registered proprietor where that land is included in the same registered title as other land which does not comprise the subsoil of a highway.
4. The interests of the Residuary Body in the subsoil, vaults, cellars and passages beneath the highway within the broken black line on Plan number STO.71 entitled “Plan D referred to in the London Government Reorganisation (Property etc) (No. 2) Order 1989”.
