The Secretary of State for Transport, after consulting with the persons referred to in section 1(4) of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973(1), in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 1(1) and (2) and 3(2) of that Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:–
