2. The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 1) Order 1979(1) shall be amended as follows:–
(1) in Article 2(1) and (2) for the words “Latitude 52°46'41" North, Longitude 04°07'24" West” there shall be substituted the words “Latitude 52°46.73' North, Longitude 04°07.53' West”; and
(2) in Article 2(2) for the words “150 metres” there shall be substituted the words “300 metres”.
