The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(1), (5) and (9) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1), and of all other enabling powers, having been requested by the council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in accordance with section 106(7) and (8)(a)(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:–

Section106(8)(a) was amended by paragraph 33(a) of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 (c. 51).
