Supplementary provisions
7. In Schedule 1A, for the definition of “off-road vehicle” there shall be substituted— ““off-road vehicle” has the meaning given by Annex 1 to Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6th February 1970(1) as read with Council Directive 87/403/EEC of 25th June 1987(2);”.
