2.  Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (which, as amended(1), specifies the drugs which are subject to control under that Act) shall be amended by the insertion in paragraph 1 of Part III of that Schedule–

(a) after the word “Bromazepam”, of the word “Buprenorphine”, and

(b) after the word “Oxazolam”, of the word “Pemoline”.
