Whereas the Secretary of State for Transport, for a reason affecting the public interest, deemed it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of Molesworth Aerodrome; and
Whereas because of changed circumstances at Molesworth Aerodrome the Secretary of State for Transport no longer deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in that area:
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by article 69 of the Air Navigation Order 1985(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Molesworth Aerodrome) (Revocation) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force forthwith.
2. The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Molesworth Aerodrome) Regulations 1987(2) are hereby revoked.
