PART IX ENFORCEMENT

Contraventions by water undertakers

34.  Any duty or requirement imposed by Parts IV to VI of these Regulations on a water undertaker shall be enforceable under section 20 of the Act by the Secretary of State, whether or not it constitutes an offence.
