The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 52, 152, 182(2) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1974 c. 39; section 189(1) defines “prescribed”.
