2. The British Transport (Alteration of Pension Schemes) Order 1969(1) shall be amended so that—
(a)for paragraph 8 of the Schedule thereto there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“8. In any units, or other shares of the investments subject to the trusts of an authorised unit trust scheme within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986(b)”; and
(b)for footnote (b) to that Schedule there shall be substituted “1986 c. 60”.
