Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Regulations 1988, and shall come into force on 1st June 1988 but have effect as from 6th April 1988.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation Regulations 1976(1), and unless the context otherwise requires expressions which are also used in the principal Regulations have the same meaning as they have in those Regulations.
