1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 23rd May 1988.

(2) In this Order “commissioners for oaths” includes a solicitor exercising the powers of a commissioner for oaths under section 81 of the Solicitors Act 1974.
