The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury1, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by section 133(6) of the Social Security Act 19752 and section 85(10) and (12) of the Social Security Act 19863 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
