The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1988 No. 491 (S. 53)

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 14th April 1988.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1987((1)).
