2. In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 1987(1)—
(a)at the end of paragraph 1(1)(j) there shall be added the words “, any income support under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986(2) or any transitional addition, personal expenses addition or special transitional addition payable under Part II of the Income Support (Transitional) Regulations 1987(3);”; and
(b)at the end of paragraph 1(1)(l) there shall be added the words “or any housing benefit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986;”.
(c)in paragraph 1(1)(r) there shall be substituted for the word “ERAMUS” the word “ERASMUS”.
