2. For regulation 96(g) of the Legal Aid (General) Regulations 1980(1), there shall be substituted the following—
“(g)supplementary benefit paid under the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976(2), family income supplement paid under the Family Income Supplements Act 1970(3), and income support and family credit paid under the Social Security Act 1986(4); or
(gg)housing benefit paid under the Social Security Act 1986; or”.
