HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES

This order empowers the Medina Borough Council—to improve, regulate, maintain, manage, mark or light the harbour of Newport (Isle of Wight) as defined in the Order;to control the mooring and keeping of houseboats as defined in the Order;to dispose of wrecks and to deal with unserviceable vessels;to make certain charges; andto make byelaws.
