The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2 Order 1984) (Amendment) Order 1988 No. 2137

2.  The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1984(1) shall be amended as follows—

(1) in Article 2(1) for the words “Latitude 50° 39.68' North, Longitude 01° 54.80' West” there shall be substituted the words “Latitude 50° 39.67' North, Longitude 01° 54.79' West ”and

(2) in Article 2(2) for the words “50 metres” there shall be substituted the words “75 metres”.
