The Secretary of State for Health as respects England and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1), (2) and (4) and 58(2) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 19841 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
