SCHEDULE 12 WRAPPING AND PACKING OF CUT MEAT AND OFFAL

PART II packing

3.  The occupier shall ensure that –

(a) every package bears the health mark either on the package itself or on a label affixed to wrapping material which fulfills the requirements of paragraph 6 of part I of this Schedule;

(b) such label is serially numbered; and

(c) such label is affixed in such a way that it is torn when the package is opened.
