If so required by the Divisional Veterinary Officer, an inspector of the local authority shall, where there is on any premises a carcase which is affected or suspected of being affected with disease, immediately dispose of that carcase at the local authority’s expense in such manner as the Divisional Veterinary Officer shall direct.
