The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 167A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972(1) and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with persons and bodies appearing to him to be representative of persons carrying out mining operations, of owners of interests in land containing minerals and of planning authorities, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1972 c. 52; section 167A was added by section 31 of the Town and Country Planning (Minerals) Act 1981 (c. 36).
