The Mink (Keeping) (Amendment) Regulations 1987

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 19321 and now vested in them2 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with section 2(c) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:
