4. Sections 82, 84(2) and 90 of the Local Government Act 1972(1) (validity of acts done by unqualified persons, resignation and term of office of person filling casual vacancy) shall have effect as if references to a person appointed under, or to an office under, Part IV of the 1985 Act included references to a person appointed under, or to an office under, this Order.
