Establishment of the South Yorkshire Pensions Authority2

On 21st January 1988 there shall be established a body corporate known as the South Yorkshire Pensions Authority to receive the functions, property, rights and liabilities transferred by this Order.

Schedule 1 shall have effect in relation to the Authority.
