The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 48A(8)(a) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1980 c. 44; section 48A was inserted by section 48 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (c. 61).
