Variation of the Agriculture and Horticulture Grant Scheme 1980
2. Paragraph 14 of the Agriculture and Horticulture Grant Scheme 1980(1) (closing dates for claims) shall be further varied by substituting in sub-paragraph (2)(d) for the date “30th June 1986” the date “30th September 1986”.
3. Paragraph 15 of that scheme (closing dates for incurring expenditure) shall be further varied by substituting in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “before 1st January 1986” the words “before 1st April 1986”.
