The Local Government Superannuation Regulations 1986

PART I

1.  Regulations from time to time in force under the Police Pensions Act 1948(1) or the Police Pensions Act 1976(2).

2.  Orders and regulations from time to time in force under the Constabulary Acts (Northern Ireland) 1922 to 1949(3) or section 25 of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970(4).

3.  The Firemen's Pension Scheme brought into operation under section 26 of the Fire Services Act 1947(5), as in force from time to time.

4.  Orders from time to time in force under section 10 of the Fire Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1950(6) (“the Act of 1950”) or section 17 of the Fire Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1969(7) (“the Act of 1969”), and schemes from time to time in force under section 13 of the Act of 1950 or section 26 of the Act of 1969.
