Amendment of the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) Order 1984

2.  The Schedule to the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) Order 1984 shall be amended:—

(a) by substituting “List No. 1048/June '83 8402” for “List No. 1084/June '83 8402”, and

(b) by adding the classes of fireplace and the manufacturers' instructions mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
